My role is to support you as you move toward change. I know a thing or two about mental health challenges and you know everything about…you. The way I see it, our partnership is essential to creating change.
I have worked as a therapist for the past decade and I have experience with various groups, including active duty military, Veterans. My favorite modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT, CBT for Substance Use Disorders,Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapies. These options lend themselves to person-centered treatment, which allows the client to lead the way. My approach to treatment is to create a partnership, that is client-centered and empowering.
